Who do you supply?
Business buyers only: retailers, wholesalers, distributors, pharmacies, department stores and e-commerce sellers. We do not sell single units to consumers.
How do I request wholesale pricing?
Send the inquiry form or message us on WhatsApp with the brands or references (EAN codes help), quantities and destination country. Our sales team replies with a quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by brand, product and destination. They are confirmed in each quotation, from carton orders up to full containers.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, including to the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Australia. Orders are validated and dispatched from our warehouse and fulfilment hubs in Canada, Portugal and Poland; delivery options for your destination are confirmed in the quotation.
Are you the official distributor of these brands?
We are a sourcing company. We can supply the brands listed on this website through our supplier and distributor relationships, but supplying a brand does not mean we are its appointed distributor. The supply source for your order is stated in the quotation.
What documents come with an order?
The documents available for a shipment, such as commercial invoice and packing list, are agreed in the quotation. Ask for anything your market requires when you send your request.
What payment and delivery terms do you offer?
Payment terms and Incoterms are agreed per order and stated in the quotation.
Can I mix brands and categories in one order?
Yes. Cosmetics, skincare, oral care and healthcare references can be quoted together.
Can you check shelf life before I order?
Yes. Tell us the minimum remaining shelf life you need and we will confirm what is available for each reference.
Do you supply oral care and healthcare too?
Yes. See our oral care and healthcare pages; they can be combined with cosmetics in one quotation.
